My daughter purchased a Yorkshire Terrier from dogsales.com. The dog had a congenital defect and it was infected with coccidia. The dog started succumbing to the coccidia 9 days after she got it, and died two days later. The coccidia would not normally have killed the dog, however the complication of the congenital defect was too much for it.

My daughter bought the dog to keep her company until her husband got back from Afghanistan, where he is serving in the US Army. She paid $1,500.00 for the dog and then spent $675.00 on the Veteranary bill.
