They took my money and failed to deliver. Numerous phone calls and emails to eMerchantClub and SMS people to either get delivery or refund have failed. They play a corporate shell game. Who are the corporation officers? Who at SMS is getting our money, and then willfully neglecting to perform their obligation as part of the transaction? Just trying to find someone by phone whose job it is to resolve customer disputes is frustrating—a challange.
