Poetry.com I sent in my money an never recieved my book. Every time i call them they never answer the phone or email me back

I put my poem on this site and they sent me all these things saying that i was put in the final round to win 10,000 dollars but they wanted me to be a member of the site so i ordered a book that i was suppose to be in and a membership pin but never revieved anything. On the website it says that it takes three weeks but it has been 2 months. This company completely took me for my money and everytime i write them they jus say call but then i'm on hold for hours... I will never send anything to this company or anywhere else from now on i really have learned my lesson...
