Cic Triple Advantage scam billing scam deceitful business tactics

After a friend of mine had her social security card stolen, someone went and used it to pull credit reports, try to obtain credit cards, merchant accounts etc... When we saw charges on her credit card saying "CIC Triple Advantage" i called to cancel whatever charge this may be, explaining the situation... The agent "john" was of no help, telling us that the $14.95 she had been billed is because she ordered a credit monitoring service, which she DID NOT! He was a complete salesman/scam artist, not helping us at all, I told him to reconsider his career choice and perhaps go find a real company to work for, as this one is a SCAM!!! To my surprise, I google the company name and WHAMOO, there it is, over 600 consumer complaints on the company! Most of them are people who actually signed up for the service and got conned into the "tiny tiny print"... I feel for all of you... in our case, its a double whammy... Well, the company is SCUM, So, i wrote a new commercial for them...
