Luckily, I check my bank account DAILY, so I discovered this rip-off the day it happened. I still don't know what this company does or what website I visited that caused this charge ($9.95) to be debited from my bank account. I called the phone number listed along w / this charge immediately. After holding for several minutes, a woman answered. The explanation she gave me made no sense. I told her I was going to my bank immediately and I was going to report them. She told me she would discontinue my "membership" (what membership?) and credit the charge back to my account w/in two days. We'll see what happens.
