I had the same experince as this person and NOW THEY HAVE RASIED THEIR RATES to over $1,000. There was no real traffic, not one conversion, no ROI and a 94% bounce rate. That means 94 percent of the traffic to the landing page stayed less than 14 seconds, and even though they supposedly clicked from an email, they never went to another page and there were almost an even split between like four pages. This makes it look like they have a spider that visited. I know for sure this is a scam. I bought it just to prove that point.
