I read the fine print but never read anything about money being taken from my account. Before i had a chance to finish it froze up and never went back to sight

I was trying to apply for a loan. Half way through the application after i put my bank information in the site froze up and could not get back in. There was nothing about taking any money out of my account. It has caused bounced cks and bank fees. Please help me get my money back.
