What a dishonest individual and disgrace to the profession

I was charged twice and promised a refund which has still to arrive. When I asked for a report for a close relative she said she couldn't provide one as we were too close. What i think is, she can't rpovde a report because her reports are bull and I would have seent his had she done two. Avoid this woman she is bad news!
