Paid for refill, never sent full refill

I requested a refill in January. My card was charged for a 60 day supply and overnight shipping. I only received half of my order and it came via ground shipping.

I have called, emailed and sent letters regarding my prescription. It has been a month, no response and now the phone numbers don't work
