After Winning Cash Prize - Was Falsely Accused of "Cheating"

I won a cash prize of $5.00 on January 31. I received their prizewinner email and promply filled it out and sent it back within 1/2 hour. On February 15 I received an email from Pogo stating they had determined I had used something to cheat and that the prize was forfeited and I was not eligible to win a prize for 6 months.

I immediately responded to this false accusation and firmly denied any wrongdoing. I waited 3 days to get a response from them and they flatly refuse to disclose anything.

I then filed an on-line report to the Better Business Bureau (CA) and also filed with the Attorney General's Office in California.

I am demanding from Pogo under the Freedom of Information Act that all information be turned over to me as this could ruin a Registered Nurse of 41 years reputation.

I now see from your site that there are many instances like this.
This company needs to be investigated for what it appears to be fraudulent behavior.
I am asking that all people who have written in on this same problem contact the BBB and the AG's Office in California. It is easy to do and can be done on-line.
