While reviewing my statement online found a $167.00 charge from this company that I did not authorize. I have tried to research this company and contact them. Found an web address and attempted to contact them to dispute the charge. They refuse to discuss this with me because I cannot provide the confirmation number of the sale. Total disregard for the fact that I had already informed that I believe this was a result of fraud. Still keep advising me that I must provide the confirmation number and the email address that was used for the purchase. Like I really have this type of information available to me.

Very scary. I would advise everyone to check your statements often.
