Do it yourself PI rip off by is fictional not factual

I ordered a copy of the "Do it yourself" Private Investigation program, which was to allow me a five week training course and a download of the program, so that I could access 1,500 public records regarding criminal history, locating persons, asset reachers etc... I received a faxed authorization, allowing the company to charge my credit card on Sunday 11-13-00 and signed the form and returned it the same day.

Today is Wed 11-15-00 and I still have not received the information I paid for. I received a e-mail from the company, explaining that AOL was not a true internet service provider and that I must obtain a new e-mail address. I signed up with GTE and established an account with a new e-mail address. The e-mail address was confirmed by GTE yesturday and so I called the company. I have e-mailed them 4 times with additional requests to e-mail, make an attachment or send the inof through the us mail. I got a call yesturday stating the e-mail had been sent to me GTE address. It still has not arrived and so I called yesturday 2 additional times. I had to leave messages because no one would answer the phone. I made the same requests and asked for a call back to let me know what they were going to do. As of this morning, I still have not received an e-mail or a call as requested, nor Have I received the download. I want the program that I paid for, and need it asap as I have a pending court case on Dec14.
