This company has use my Pay Pal account without my authorisation

Several transactions have being done through my Pay Pal account with out my concent, and one of them came from this company (THS International Inc) Some how they got their hands on my Pay Pal account information on Feb 26/08 and tryed to charge $13.22 into it. This internet Pirates charge small amounts for two main reasons: courts are not interested in intervine about this amounts and the hope the account owner will not notice this small amount of money missing (not accounted for).
