Think you found a way to advertise? Agent411.net is not the answer. Previous owner Ben Sheehy (720) 436-9111, is uncooperative and built a business simply to scam realtors. The idea is not a new one, collect tons of data and sell it claiming that it is usable. The data is way outdated, many brokers are with different companies and are now using different contact info. The facts that are left out is that once you purchase the list you will not be able to use it unless you spend ~$600-$8000 per month on a mail server that can handle the capacity.

Ben and agent411.net continuously made promises that they would help us to use the list we purchased yet 7 months, ~20 emails and ~5 voice mails later they will not do anything. Ben himself has stalled enough to sell the company (make his quick buck) and now is looking for his next REALTOR predator scam.
