Ulcwebdesign.com, fraudulent credit card charge of $11.89 this has been reported by a number of consumers

A fraudulant charge was made on personal Visa/check card (Wachovia Bank) in the name of www.ulcwebdesign.com with the phone number 1- (602)-476-1845.
When attempting to contact the company you always receive a voice message asking you to leave name and phone number and other information.
The website appears to be phoney. I understand after googling their name, many other consumers have had the same unauthorized charge amount of ($11.89) charged to there card as well.
