Companies hosting frequently breaks down and emails do not work

This company is a web hosting company. But they are a rip off. The servers go down fequently, then when you call you are put on hold for over an hour, and sometimes they just hang up on you. Email accounts do not work either. Also, they do not reply to contact - help emails.
