I too got taken by Jim Peterson and his gang on the Shop Nbc channel. The V2 Premier package I got is the worst piece of crap I have ever purchased. The "free" camera never worked, and after speaking to customer service I realized then that I had been taken. I have had the computer back for service several times and right now it's sitting useless in my storage area! It shuts off and on when it wants, it overheats when it stays running, I've had to re-so the virus software every month, on and on. Just a piece of cheap crap.
