False promises poor quality product ignoring my attempts to work through the issue

Heritage Web Solutions originally sold me their services with a list of promises of what they could do for me. Once they had my credit card number everything came to a screaching hault. Mulitple deadlines were missed that they promised they could make for me. They promised they could incorporate photos into PDF's, which I went over specifically with multiple people in the company before employing their services because it was the crux of what my site needed, and then they went back on their word and said they wouldn't do it unless I gave them $2500 more. They drug out the process of completion for weeks and weeks, being difficult about the things I needed them to do and not responding to me. Then, when I wouldn't approve their design they moved it on to completion without me signing off on it despite the fact that I was promised they would complete a site to my satisfaction. I have missed muliple deadlines that were crucial to my business with this site because they would not complete the work. I was told that once a designer was assigned to me that he would focus solely on my site until I was happy with it and then it turns out that each designer has so many clients they are working on at the same time that I was told they could only fit me in in little doses. This company has no integrity in business practice, no customer service cares, and they are bottom lines liars and theives.
