Bought DVD collection for $111.58 charged me $118.72, did not get product

Ordered That 70's show complete collection on 12/22/07, they emailed us back saying it was on back order. On 1/15/08, while tracking the order, I noticed they mailed my order but to the wrong address.

Husband and I contacted them via phone and email and live chat with no response as of this date (2/9/08). My receipt says they charged me $111.58 but my bank statement says they charged me $118.72 with no explanation on why it is $7 more.

I have still not received the product and I have contacted the better business bureau. After reading the blog on the main page of this website, I know understand what I am dealing with. Thank you so much for offering this site.
