Provided a solution, but gave no results

I was hoping to better my credit through this company, by purchasing a computer (desktop unit) for $1900 dollars, even paid off the final payment in advance by $230.

I have never received any paperwork after the final payment (Aug 07) and since that final payment, I have attempted several times through phone / emails to contact them.

I am currently overseas serving in the military, and don't have constant access to the company easily, but now finding out that the company is being sued for same issue that i'm having. I would like to have the money paid, refunded or returned to me for lack of service, and trust, in the business that they provide for anyone that is needing financial assistance to be ripped off making their lives worse.

If anyone can provide me with contact information to these people at Fincancing Alternatives Inc, or point of contact for someone that is able to assist me, would be greatly appreciated.
