Took deposit and did not finish project, wants me to design the sight

Artie Ayala took my deposit and did not finish my website. When i ask him to make chages, he said he would and now he wants me to design the website.
He is the designer, not me. Very difficult person to work with.
He also tried to throw a contract at me in the middle of the projectm with terms i did not aree to. If this contract was presented to me from the start, i would have not hired him.
I was going to recomend him to other companies, and i am so glad i didnt. Please be
