Unauthorized charge of $71.71 and now cant contact them?

About a month ago I got a new laptop and was cruising sites to find a tv provider. I found watchonline. Tv and there was a free trial. I bit the hook. I never liked the poor service the day I triied it and deleted all downloads to this deal. When I got my credit card bill, there was a charge of $71.71 from these people. I now can find their sit but it is all dead ends, no phone #, no address, and the contact us icon goes nowhere. I have triied on several different computers with the same result. I got ripped off and want my money back from these sneaky folk. If their service is legit, why cant you even contact them? They will happily charge your card though.
Please help me at least get a responce from these people
