Never received response to email!

I put an order for Holiday a month later obtained a contact declaring them was backordered and when used to do not need to hold back simply answer the e-mail and demand a return. I did so twice subsequently obtained a contact declaring the purchase delivered and providing me a Canada Article having a non-existent tracking number. After I named customer support a saving stated the amount was unavailable.
