Steals unauthorized money from checking accounts

A few months ago, on the internet I saw a add for coupons etc., or so I thought. They stated that if I used there service there would be a small monthly fee. But if the service was not for me, call within the first 20 days and I would owe nothing. It was on the 9th or 10th day, I called the phone number that was on the site and cancelled my subscription. The lady was nice and said that it was cancelled.
WRONG!!! I cant get ahold of anyone in person. And every month my checking account is debited $19.80. My bank cannot stop it, as there is never a whole phone number. And if you pay the bank fee of $28.00 to stop payment on it. They just debit the account again the following week or so. I am so sick of everyone being so dishonest.
