Another one scammed! Internet

I wish I had seen this website before I paid 109 for my boots, I must admit I had trouble finding a contact address but stupidly thought it must have something to do with Amazon as it looked so similar. Have contacted credit card company who are sending me out letter to fill in and have reported company to watchdog.
My credit card company said they would get their money back from the sellers bank, they would have no contact with the seller at all, so at least I should get my money back, has anyone else had a refund after paying by creditcard?
Does anyone know where this scammer is, I have searched but can't find any details?
