This company continues to charge my credit card after cancellation by phone

After calling freecreditreport.com in late December/early January and cancelling they are still trying to charge my credit card for unauthorized charges. This company is a ripoff company and canceling with them is not easy. They give you this song and dance routine about how you need to keep it. Finally after telling them I was laid off did they finally agree to cancel but now here it is a month later and their still trying to scam me.
