They got me too! I just got off the phone with the fraud dept. At my bank. We were actually able to do a 3 way call with this company... I couldn't believe they answered the phone! I asked the guy what service/product he had provided me and his only response was 'we are an interactive dieting website. You must have signed up for our services'.
He had my prior address on file. I know I DID NOT signup for this. I screamed a bit and he agreed to credit my account... So we'll see.
What makes me really mad is the fact that the bank thinks they are on the up and up. When the 555 Diet Challenge guy hung up the bank rep. Had the nerve to say to me...'well, typically if it is a scam, they will not answer the phone and they certainly would not agree to credit your account. This is probably something you just didn't realize you were signing up for!'
