Theives! This company tricked me and took $149 out of my checking account! Then, in this technology age... I can't get anyone on the phone!

I stupidly filled out an application for a cash advance online... Which I didn't even take because the amount was too small and the interest was unbelievable! Then, about a week later there was a weird charge on my account for $149. Right on my payday as well so they knew there would be money in the account.
So, as I have called the 800 number listed with my bank, and no one is available to talk... No supervisors and that everything is done in writing... Whatever! They were quick to take the money out and yet, no one is available to solve this situation.
Also, the phone operators are rude and
condesending, blaming me for filling out the page... I have called my bank and asked for the charges to be reversed... Working on that now. But this is a mess and a rip off!
