Atala, Took $12.79. Out of my VISA acct. Without my consent

When checking my bank acct online, noted a charge for $12.79 from Atala designs. Did not recognize the name knew I had not made a purchase of any kind. Searched this name on internet and first response led me to usacomplaints.com site. Now have to Contact Bank Monday AM, and straighten this out. How did they do this? I did not use my card online!
