Charged my checking acct for $79 for something I did not request nor want

I did not request or want a credit card with lpc company yet they charged my checking acct. I want that money refunded to plus the overdraw fee in which they caused. I don't know how they got my acct number but I have instructed the bank to not pay this amount.
