Possible fraud!

I requested a product in early November and after many weeks I ultimately obtained A Contact that mentioned the product that I requested wasn't in-stock. The money had been already produced from my bill. They mentioned within the E-Mail that I really could select another product. I've created numerous efforts to get hold of the organization and also have never had the opportunity to create any connection with them. I've shipped a notice towards the organization eliminating my purchase but still no reaction.in the minimum it's horrible customer support but I'm just starting to genuinely believe that this can be scam!!!
