TV Series copied off TV network and sold as "Collectors Edition"

I requested a "Collectors Editon" of the total group of a tv-series in July, for my boy for Holiday. The corporation charged my charge card for $74.99. Whenever we exposed the DVDs in November it had been really obvious these were simply ripped from the WB community and fraudulently offered like a "Collectors Edition". They're low quality and barely perform on some of our DVD players I've created efforts to get hold of the corporation but there's no reaction.
