Customer service neglect

I requested some holiday presents on etoys which were allegedly sent to my nieces but never turned up. After contacting customer support without any response I acquired the telephone. The web site managed to get hard to locate a contact amount within the first-place after which upon calling the possible lack of support was terrible. After calling etoys and talking to a called Berkley, I had been surprised these were NOT prepared to do something to treat the problem? This is actually the worst-case of the business not caring about producing directly on a shipping removed wrong that I've previously experienced.

Berkley wasn't prepared to contact the carrier to discover what occurred or was he prepared to consume the price of the delivery and resend the purchase using another provider. Total neglect. I ended my purchase and may not really encourage them to deliver mean email verification this purchase was returned or an apology for that BIG trouble. DON'T use etoys. Buyer beware.
