Ripoff victimized many consumers business that doesn't give a dam

Xbill.com has some how found a way to access our checking account and draw money from it when we filled a pettion they denied it saying our account activity shows our membership had been accessed multiple times past our cancellation deadline. We find this hard to beleve since we never accessed the site or agreed to any kind of membership. But yet they refuse to provide any kind of reasoning as to how we became a member and they got our account number.
