Changed conditions of offer AFTER completion

Internet & Web

Another person has reported this company at least once. (See report #521392) That is how I found this web site.

Anyway, I am also a victim of their scam. I completed all of the offers. Supposedly I needed to complete 10 offers to receive an XBox. I then reviewed my gift status which showed that I completed the 10 offers. A message stated that it can take a number of weeks to finalize the process. So I patiently waited, periodically checking their viewgiftstatus web page.

Some weeks later, my status changed to "10 of 12 completed." When I reported the problem, they responded saying that their terms stated that they are able to change the conditions at any time. Apparently this means even AFTER you complete their requirements. I threatened that I would report their scam (ticket No. LTK1210714092X, and they haven't responded to the email in three weeks.
