Charged for canceled account

I talked to a web-based repetition for Peoplepc and was informed my consideration was ended in March. I understood this maynot be correct since I have did not actually register until Nov. I named and was informed the same, that my consideration was ended in March. I talked to a web-based repetition who ended my consideration and offered me a proof #. I ended before my payment day and you know what... I had been charged 10.95. After I named and talked to repetition Flower, she explained she did not notice where I had been billed, nicely I had been searching right at in on my assertion. She informed be to call-back in a couple of days to get a return. She'd not I would like to talk to a boss. She set me on-hold for all moments. She'd not provide mean answer why they fraudulently billed me AFTER I ended my bill. Two repetitions have assured me that my consideration is ended though I still have use of my consideration also it demonstrates me as having my next payment day 1/18. I'd not suggest peoplepc to everyone, not really the 30 free trial offer.
