Internet scamer using tty internet

This scamer is using tty services (telecommunication for the deaf) to first conctact businesses using a tty operator, has some idea what your company does and asks for your e-mail, then tries to have you run a job then starts the money scam by having you contact others in africa where the product will be shipped for payment and shipping information.
This is a total scam using the taxpayers tty system to boot.
