Support Dawn And Mitch Customer Abuse from Support

Bondage.com was the premier fetish site on the internet. It was recently purchased by Various, owners of several sex related dating sites including Alt Friend Finder. After the sale the oversight of the two support staff seems to have disappeared. Given this new freedom they (screen names Dawn/tre and mitch) have been mistreating and abusing the members at will. With no one to hold them back they have been systematically driving off paying customers and banning anyone who dares displease them. The classic example of a small amount of power corrupting. The parent company seems to be unaware, which makes sense since they've taken great pains to block all upward communication. The end result is that they treat this commercial site like their own playground, and have certainly impacted profits.
