This company is still somehow operating as cleggdigitalmedia.com. It is run by one guy who contracts work overseas. He requires a personal check be overnighted to him, and then cashes it. Afterwards he is never heard from again. I have a list of 8 other people he has scammed, and even one developer he scammed by contracting 100% of the work to him, and then not paying him for it. He takes small amounts of money (usually $250 - $500) and people give up as there are no resources available to stop such crimes. He took $500 from me, and has stolen over $5,000 from people all over the country (that I am aware of).

If Chris Clegg contacts you about doing your website, do not hesitate to find yourself another developer, one who is credible and does not have 100 poor google searches to his name.
