Usa credit took $149.00 out of my personal acct. Without me knowing whats goint on

Usa credit debited $149.00 out of my personal checking account and i have no idea what for. I'm very angry about this as they had no right. I have no idea either how the got my checking account information. Please help me find out how to take care of this and get my money back. Expenses in life are bad enough without someone taking your money for no reason. The account they took it out of, i don't leave very much money in and with them doing this i have an overdraft charge.
