Buyer's Beware Dont bid on auctions the sellers are thieves

I bid and won an auction at overstock.com. It was suppose to be a refurbished or used laptop from the seller (Liquicorp) who had a large quantity of these notebook's.
I had seen the auction months before the buyer had a 4 star rating and everything checked out. Well he took my money right away and never shipped the merchandise. I was sent a tracking number by USPS. And they have verified that he has not shipped it. My son who is in the Marine Corp stationed in Iraq had expressed to me that he wanted one to communicate with his wife back home.

I told him I won the item and I would be sending it to him, but then when I went to contact this Seller his profile was Disabled with a red flag. I tried calling him and he will not answer his phone. My credit card company wont issue a dispute until I get my statement and that will be after the Holidays. Of course Overstock.com takes no responcibility or liability in this matter.

It hurt me to know that people would do something like this especially during Christmas...
