Scam, fraudulently billed my credit, bait and switch

I have been billed for a service I do not want or need. I never knowing signed up for their service, but they say I did while ordering something online
through a pop up ad. I have absolutely no memory of doing this.

I have not monitored my account very closely in the past, but I will from now forward. I had seen the charge, but thought it was a charge my husband had done ordering stamps. He told me that he has never used them and never would, since he orders our stamps from the US post office.
