Can't obtain my refund!

I have been looking to get a reimbursement of $176.23 from IPower.com since July 14, for getting me for restoration of names of domain that used to do not need and didn't obtain. Lately they place another 95.40 cost on my d. Card for site hosting of glamakazes.com that I'd cancelled in July and they "established" in those days that I'd terminated! That domainname no further exists on the internet (or as my home) and containsnot since July 07 - why might I spend 95.40 for website hosting it? I have created them twelve or even more emails to date and all I get is double-talk and nonsense from them. I truly think they are simply attempting to Mess Me out-of my cash!!! They are clearly extremely inexperienced additionally at IPower and so Iam thinking if it has this occurred to other people?
