Ripp me off My Money and needs to be stop

On April 17 Eric Berend a resident of the United States received a payment of $4000.00 USD (total cost 4608.00 CAD) for a property sale in Detroit Michigan. This payment was made via wire transfer to his New York Commerce Bank account from the Toronto Dominion Bank. This property was one of many Mr. Berend was auctioning from the Ebay website while providing false and misleading information.

He failed to provide documents several weeks an months after, which i keep on calling him to ask whats going on. I called an leave a message also on his telephone to please return back my money because he didnt comply with the rules. He then sent me an email telling me some drama story. I then called him after that and ask him to please return back my money which he had some next made up drama story a bout his room mate didnt pay him an then his dad got sick why he couldnt make payments back.

I later by doing a little research found out he had hoed back taxs on the proprety an he fully stated in the add that there are no back taxes or liens on the property and in november 20ht I went on waynecountylandrecords.com/RealEstate/SearchEntry. Aspx and find out that he didnt no longer own the property so i then look up on the detroit unclaimed properties and found out that the property was owend by the government he tryed to sell on ebay. I called the detroit office to find out if they got any papers from Mr. Eric Berend an they told me that no papers wasnt sent in.
