As you see they said I ordered their services. I did not. As soon as I received this I contacted my ISP "RR" and told them since this company bills you phone provider which is "RR"
Also contacted the Attorney General of NY and Fla.
Netwatch does what is called Bill Jamming.
They will put their bill in the your phone company under miscellanies charges.
When I saw this there was an immediate cancel of services on my end
