Ask The Nerd XP Medic took my money, supplied nothing, cannot be contacted. Seriously frustrating. Not to be trusted. Blank

I came across ask the nerd (askthenerd.net), took 'his' advice and downloaded XPMEDIC. I have avoided such things in the past but the way he described registry clean up made sense so I bought the ulock key for XP Medic, $34/17.00
There was no unlock key. I then spent a lot of time trying to sort it out. This was the seriously frustrating part. Not being aware that the exact same thing has happened to others I emailed, waited, emailed again, and again. I received always the same automated response (assuring me my business was important and they would get back to me within 12 to 24 hours). I spent time figuring out why xpmedic emails went to post media and trying to find any other contact details. Everywhere I emailed diverted to the same place, with the same response. Other email adresses, admin etc did not exist and came back to me. Head/Brick Wall...
The fact that they took my money is really annoying, but the fact that there is NO ONE to talk to or email is SO frustrating.
And, I still have a computer that is running slowly and am no further down the line.
I also find it EXTREMELY problematic that paypal can or will do NOTHING. I thought the point of paypal was to help secure a safe deal for everyone. I am still dealing with them.
Do not buy xp medic
