Rewardspalace.com.Au cannot be trusted.
I followed thru with a promotion with them on the 30th Oct 07 worth 1125 reward points and they have not been recieved, for 11 days I have tried contacting them at the contact us page, the only option is email, the emails are returned with delivery errors.
I have searched their website for other contact options and cannot find anything.
I did find in their terms and conditions that I only have 30 days from the completion of the offer to file a report, How can I do that when they cannot be contacted.
