They are not paying out commissions to their affiliates They are snipe hunting Cologne Interntet

I am having problems receiving my commissions from the company. When you visit their website. They claims they pay you every Monday every week. Here is their claim on their site:

"Our pay periods end on Saturday and we pay the following Monday. This means there is literally no lag at all. If you choose Epassporte you'll receive your money Monday." source

For starters I choose to be paid via epassporte and set them minimum threshold at $50. Then when you log into your affiliate account you often recieve threatening pay out postponements. Some of them comes with the most bizarre excuses such as they are investigating "meticulous credit card fraud" despite if you order from them they have the links to the FBI Interpol and ic3. Now after weeks of making a sale I finally made 3 per order sales totalling $126then this crazy disclaimer shows up inside my account. I feel like I am being blacklisted or racially threatened. Here it is:
"Latest News... Posted 11/03

Payments for the week ending November 3rd will not be processed until Thursday due to the person who normally processes payments being on a long flight on Wednesday"

Now why would anyone care about somebody taking a vacation or business trip inside and outside the office. I feel insulted and defrauded. I felt like I have been duped into all of this.

Today is Friday after trying to contact them over and over I have recieve no response. If you can help me, try contacting these people for me. I don't have any money.
