Bought DVD, took payments, never received item bought

On Sept. 28th I purchased the Carol Burnett Sequence DVD Collection for several 11 months from tvaddicts.com. Couldn't think it is elsewhere. I charged it to my charge card. A couple of days later it had been billed to my charge card and also to this very day 10/28/07 I've yet to get my purchase. I wrote the organization and also have yet to listen to from their website. And today after I attempt to access it there website it's shut for whatever reason and inaccessible. I'm likely to contact my charge card organization and hotel a and obtain my money-back one of the ways or even the different. I would recommend that no body buys something out of this organization. They appear to be frauds.
