Cheating money from so many for so many years

I paid for two books with my poetry in them back in 2000 and have never heard anythng recieved anything except for the check that was cashed by them I had no proof I even ordered it.
I can't believe they are still doing this to people 7 years later and getting away with it. I wish someone would do something to protect us out there...
